🚀 Stepping into LeadershiP – A Transformative ESN Training Experience!

We are excited to kick off Stepping into LeadershiP, a dynamic training event designed to empower and equip the next generation of leaders within the ESN community. This initiative is a collaborative effort between ESN HARO, ESN KAPA Athens, ESN NTUA Athens, ESN Panteion, and Erasmus Student Network West Attica bringing together ambitious individuals for a weekend of growth, learning, and networking.

🔹 What to Expect?
This training offers personal and professional development opportunities, equipping participants with practical skills that extend beyond ESN. Key focus areas include:
✅ Leadership Skills – Learn how to guide and inspire others effectively.
✅ Negotiation Skills – Master the art of persuasion and collaboration.
✅ Erasmus Programmes – Gain insights into opportunities, resources, and how to maximize their impact.

Additionally, we are thrilled to feature two insightful training sessions led by experienced ESN leaders:

✈️ Navigating Global Opportunities – This session will provide valuable insights into mobility programmes that foster international learning and career development, equipping participants with the knowledge to seize new opportunities worldwide.

💥 Super-hero Academy by Achilleas Moschos (National Training Coordinator)
🔹 Mastering Leadership & Overcoming Challenges – In a world where responsibility can feel like the greatest challenge, this session will explore strategies to navigate obstacles, enhance personal strengths, and develop a resilient leadership mindset to drive success.
