The main goal of the activity #stayathome Sport Challenge was to involve erasmus students and staff, through the publication on Instagram stories of the exercise of the day, (ex. push-ups, squat, lunges, plank, crunch, leg raises, up&down plank, superman, burpees, donkey kick) with their own description.
if the Erasmus student, would have liked to partecipate at the challenge, he/she had to make a video of itself, and tag @esnsienages instagram account and three more friends, so that it would be involved as many people as possible.
