Goal of the Activity
To end the year with a fun party and reward everyone with personalized, humorous awards. We also wanted to recognize our committee members for their valuable contributions throughout the year. Our goal was to wrap up the year with both celebration and appreciation.
Description
The theme of the gala was formal wear. We created 20 different award categories and distributed the awards based on votes collected via a WhatsApp group poll. The event also served as a year-end farewell, as some Erasmus students were returning to their countries and some friends were graduating. It was both a joyful and emotional night for us.
