Goal of the Activity
The goal of the organized event is to promote physical activity, a healthy lifestyle, and social integration through the organization of competitive and recreational sports activities such as football and volleyball. The event aims not only to foster physical development of the participants but also to build team spirit, cooperation, fair play, and enjoyment of sports activities.
Description
On Monday evening, a special event promoting sports and physical activity was held at the sports hall of the Bialystok University of Technology for Erasmus students. Participants had the opportunity to choose the sport they wished to engage in, after which they were divided into teams to enjoy some friendly competition and teamwork.
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
