The goal of the activity is to do some Sport at home all together twice a week, on Monday and Thursday. It helps the body, but the mind as well, to stay fit. We try to achieve this with a circuit training of about an hour with a huge variety of exercise for all the body.
Students that attended the session will be able to do different kind of exercise about all over the body, and repeat them also later on alone.
The activity is much appreciated by everyone because is much funnier to do Sport with someone else than alone, and it helps to know people and create a community also from distance.
