The student associations partners of the Maison de l'étudiant (Infos Jeunes, 96 La Canebière 13001) have decided to realize a common project for Christmas, the first inter-asso Christmas evening with our association, but also the ASSOM, Sortie d'Amphi, the AFEV and the FAMI. For this Christmas evening, the following activities were proposed: a solidarity dressing room sale, a creative workshop around the Christmas theme, a photo exhibition "Christmas in the world", an animation with small gifts to be won and a solidarity Christmas buffet.
Outcomes
115 local and international students were able to participate in this Christmas party. 30 volunteers from different associations were present to supervise the event. The profiles of the participants were very diversified and many of our international students took part in this Christmas party, which allowed many of them, unable to go home for the holidays, to celebrate Christmas early, among students. The association Sortie d'Amphi also financed 150 gifts, which were distributed throughout the evening to the participants. This evening allowed our association to reinforce the links with the other associations present for the evening, and to create new common projects for the year. Moreover, the dressing room sale, realized by AFEV, allowed each participant to leave with 6 winter clothes and accessories, free of charge, according to their needs.
