Goal of the Activity
The goal was to increase awareness among young people about the importance of slow fashion and environmental sustainability.
Description
Slow Down with Style is a two-part event. The first part was a Panel Discussion about sustainability in fashion with slow fashion influencer Idda Van Munster (https://www.instagram.com/iddavanmunster) , and a biodesigner Maja Halilović (http://majahalilovic.com).
The second part of the event was a Sewing Workshop where the participants learned to repair damaged clothing, extending the lifespan of their garments and promoting a more sustainable approach to fashion.
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
