Goal of the Activity
The aim was to make people discover music from different countries and diversify our soundtracks. Music is part of cultural heritage and through this activity people would learn about music from Czechia, Slovakia, Poland, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, Slovenia, Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, North Macedonia, and Bulgaria
Description
- Former Erasmus students in Bologna and ESNers from all over Europe helped shape the playlist.
- The playlist consisted in songs from countries such as Czechia, Slovakia, Poland, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, Slovenia, Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, North Macedonia, and Bulgaria, where Slavic languages are spoken. We made sure that all countries would be represented.
- The activity took place in SodaPops, a pub that is partnered with us. On Mondays we offer a place for Erasmus to gather all together and start the week!
- We also played a game (a "spin the wheel" type) to get people to interact more. For example, tasks would include "start a dance battle with someone", or "translate the name in X language" etc.
