The goal of the "Sketch Workshop" was to bring members together in a relaxed, creative setting to explore and express their artistic sides, while also learning the basics of sketching. Through this event, we aimed to foster a warm, supportive atmosphere where everyone could feel comfortable experimenting with art and connecting with one another.
Held at the cozy Naos Café on October 19th at 5:00 pm, this workshop was led by our very own Communication Manager, who is talented in sketching and doodling. With 11 participants, the café’s intimate ambiance set the perfect backdrop for an evening of creativity and laughter. Our instructor began with a live demonstration, teaching us the basics of sketching human faces. Then, we took on a fun challenge: sketching the face of the person sitting across from us!
Some of us were naturals, while others embraced the challenge with humor and enthusiasm. Our instructor was there every step of the way, offering guidance and support, helping us see details we might have missed. By the end of the session, each of us had a “mini masterpiece” – a charming portrait of a new friend. We revealed our sketches to each other in a surprise “unveiling,” capturing the reactions on video. Laughter and compliments filled the air, creating a heartwarming memory to end the evening.
