The goal of this Sports' Day was to let our exchange students and ESN volunteers know the world of watersports. We cooperated with the ASD Vichinghi Del Mar, which is a local boating/sailing instructors association. Erasmus and international students were taught about safety at sea thanks to several tips and security measures. In addition, everybody learnt how to sail a boat, how to windsurf and kitesurf (starting from different ability level).
The event started in the middle of the morning, by the beach. Before getting into water our Erasmus students were introduced to the most important rules of watersports. Then they were divided into smaller groups in order to begin with each type of sport. After a brief lunch break lessons continued until evening.
At the end of the event we had a relaxing sunset moment with music and beach games.
