Goal of the Activity
Train our active members and newbie around the world of ESN: organization, board, local and national events, communication. In the meantime, we got to know each other more with some fun team building activities.
Description
We started the local school welcoming all the participants; after an ice-breaking to sweep away shyness, a presentation was organized on what ESN is, how it is organized and what we deal with, then we proceed with a group activity to establish the concepts. This repeated several times in different workshops covering the topics of event organization, communication and responsabilities.
