Goal of the Activity
The aim of the activity was to teach Erasmus students how to cook and prepare traditional Sardinian dishes. Through hands-on culinary experiences, participants not only acquired valuable cooking skills but also gained insights into the rich culinary heritage of Sardinia. Ultimately, this initiative sought to empower students with practical abilities while promoting cross-cultural understanding, thereby increasing their overall employability in a global context
Description
The international students observed and collaborated in the preparation of traditional Sardinian recipes alongside local people. Following the cooking session, participants enjoyed tasting the dishes they had prepared
