To welcome and inform high school students by presenting ESN's activities and the opportunities to take part in university and associative life.
The event took place over three days at the Fiera del Levante in Bari, within the Salone dello Studente. Each morning, from 9:00 to 13:30, ESN Bari volunteers staffed an information stand dedicated to presenting the association, its values and its mission.
Throughout the event, students were welcomed and engaged in conversations about the Erasmus programme, university life, and the possibilities of getting involved in ESN activities. Volunteers answered questions, shared personal experiences, and provided guidance to help students better understand international mobility opportunities and student engagement.
During the activity, informational leaflets and brochures about ESN, its core values, and the Erasmus programme were also distributed, giving students clear and accessible materials to take home. In addition, a QR code was displayed at the stand, allowing students to easily access further information online about Erasmus opportunities and international mobility programs.
The stand also served as a valuable networking space, allowing interaction with other associations and institutions present at the fair, with the aim of fostering future collaborations. Volunteer participation was organized on a rotating basis, ensuring continuous presence and active involvement across all three days.
