Goal of the Activity
Provide an opportunity for everyone across all running levels to improve their running skills and inspire participants to exercise by hosting an outdoor socially-distanced group training.
Description
Participants followed a one-hour training at an athletic track hosted by two members of an athletic student association. The training consisted of a warm-up, strength and technique exercises and was concluded with a relay race.
