Goal of the Activity
The main goal of this activity is to connect people that like to run or want to run regularly.
Description
The group meets usually twice a week and the main focus is on running but for variegation it can also be about doing other sport activities together (bouldering, workout, canoeing…). Participants are provided with advice and tips for improving performance, how to stretch or how to train and also some recommendations of where, what and how to improve.
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
