Description

A run club is a community-oriented group that brings together individuals of all skill levels who share a passion for running. Open to everyone, from beginners to seasoned runners, ensuring an inclusive atmosphere.  Scheduled group runs, often with varied distances and paces to accommodate different fitness levels. Opportunities for members to bond through post-run gatherings. A built-in support system that encourages members to achieve personal goals and stay committed to their fitness journeys. Overall, a run club serves as a motivational and supportive community where members can improve their running skills, enjoy social connections, and lead healthier lifestyles together.

For today we prepare extra challenge. After run we will do cold water immersion. Everyone is welcome to join, even just for a run or both!
