Our goal with organizing an activity like this is to let our international students get more familiar with Hungarian culture in a very comfortable, social setting. We usually organize several Pub Quizez throughout the entire semester, meanwhile we have city walks and other activites that are contributing to have more knowledge on Hungarian culture, so as weeks pass by we can ask more detailed question about our culture, about the city, so we can enrich their understanding on our cultural heritage.
Every other week, every month we try to gather together with our incoming students, and with our mentors to celebrate Hungarian culture and traditions, heritage. We create a platform to our incoming students and to our mentors to meet on a regular basis, meaóanwhile we try to expand their knowledge on HUngarian culture. We try our best to make the repeting event as colourful as possible, so we usually choose different locations to have these pub quizes. We build up on different city tours to ask more and more questions regarding our city and traditions. It isn't only a great opportunity to keep their social interactions alive, but it serves as a platform to share our culture with our incoming students.
