Pub Crawl

We contacted the pubs to which we wanted to bring our international students (two of which were also our partners). We collected all the registrations on Jupiter and we communicated the number of participants to the pubs. On the day of the event, we divided the participants into three groups and each group followed a different path so that there were never too many people at each pub every time. Participants paid in advance for the event.
