Goal of the Activity
We invited students to a Lunch to discover Italian (and in particular Lecce) most famous meals and recipes. The activities is linked to the "Discovery Italy" project.
Description
The lunch was proposed as one of the main activity of the welcome days of february. As restaurants couldn't open at night and there was curfew we decided to have lunch all together. It was a great occasion for new people to get to know the first semester guys and viceversa.
One of the most appreciated plate was "orecchiette al sugo con cacioricotta", a must of Salento region.
By organising this activity, the organisers want to contribute to the following Sustainable Development Goals
