Objective / Goal of the activity
Goal of the activity was to help students to get an energy boost for the second half of the day at university. Another one was to show, that even 30-minute nap brings lot of energy and works better than coffee!
Description
We booked one room for 2 hours in the middle of the day for students and provided the matresses, sleeping pads, pillows and blindfolds. People could come here at any moment and just take a nap. We also created the playlist which helped to relax and fall asleep.
Result of the activity
Our students felt less stressed and had more energy to survive the long day at university.
