Give to the international students the opportunity to know Portovenere and to have an hiking on Palmaria island.
From Pisa we took a train and then a bus to reach the picturesque town of Portovenere. After getting to Portovenere, we had the chance to discover the town's hidden treasures, like the Church of St. Peter and the Doria Castle. The views from the castle are breathtaking, offering panoramic vistas of the Gulf of Poets and the surrounding rugged Coastline.
The adventure continues with a short ferry ride to Palmaria Island, a natural gem just off the coast of Portovenere. The island is a haven for nature lovers and hiking enthusiasts.
After the hiking and a refreshing bath we Took the ferry back to Portovenere and then the bus and the train back to Pisa.
