Objective of the Activity:

• Skill Building: Participants had the opportunity to learn fundamental pole dance movements, spins, and poses. The goal was to establish a solid foundation of skills and techniques that can be further developed over time.

Pole dancing is a form of physical activity and artistic expression that involves performing acrobatic and dance movements on a vertical pole. It combines elements of gymnastics, dance, and fitness!'

Our course is suitable also for beginners that have never touched pole yet.
