Objective of the Activity:
• Physical Well-being:
Pole dancing is a full-body exercise that helps improve strength, flexibility, and coordination. The basic course might aim to enhance participants' overall fitness levels.
• Skill Building: Participants had the opportunity to learn fundamental pole dance movements, spins, and poses. The goal was to establish a solid foundation of skills and techniques that can be further developed over time.
Description
we organized this event to try out a different sport and make the Erasmus interact with a discipline that is not very well known. at the beginning there was a bit of shame but thanks to the work of the professionals, the kids got unblocked and gave rise to a beautiful show of inclusion and sociability
