Participants practiced in pairs, rotating between static and spinning poles, with guidance from the instructor to ensure safety and proper technique. The session concluded with stretching exercises. The class lasted about one hour, conducted mainly in Spanish with occasional English terms. The activity was physically demanding yet rewarding, allowing participants to learn and enjoy the sport in a supportive environment.
