To train and integrate new volunteers into ESN UCM, informing them about the association’s activities and providing opportunities for team-building and mental health awareness.
Plataforma Local 10.0 was a local training event for ESN UCM volunteers, focusing on the association’s operations and the activities we develop. The event lasted two days and one night.
The program included training sessions such as "Find Your Place in ESN", "Take Care of Your Mental Health," "How to Organize an Activity," and "Institutions and Structures of ESN." Evening activities included team-building games and a social event with an "Alice in Wonderland" theme.
On the second day, there were more training sessions including "Events in the Network," "How to Organize a Trip," "Speedfriendship for Committees," "Motivate Yourself," and "Inclusive Language." Participants had a coffee break with dietary options and concluded the event with a final reflection session before returning to Madrid.
