Give the opportunity to our erasmus and members of our associzione learn some sustainable agriculture techniques and respect more the environment.
On the last 18th of june in the company of CEAS and Maurizio, agronomist and professor, we went to Santu Lussurgiu in order to discover the setting of the natural orchard and its ecological insertion in the area.
The whole day had been an in-depth look at biodiversity and the importance of preserving it.
Erasmus students had the opportunity to discover the importance of Permaculture that is the creation of an ecologically well-structured and economically productive system able to provide for own needs, avoiding any form of exploitation and pollution and therefore sustainable in the long term💪🏻 (B. Molison R.M. Slay).
Naturally Ceas and Maurizio helped them step by step (cleaning, planting and teaching).
At the end of the day we saw how to extract the seeds from the fruits, how to store them, and how to create seedbeds, and Maurizio gave us some seeds in order to try to build our orchard at home.
