Goal of the Activity

To introduce students to the art of pasta-making, encouraging hands-on culinary skills and fostering a shared appreciation for Turkish cuisine in a relaxed, social setting.

Description

In this interactive pasta workshop, students learned the fundamentals of making fresh pasta from scratch. Guided by a skilled instructor, they learned techniques for mixing, rolling, and shaping various pasta styles. As a final reward, students enjoyed a meal together, savouring their own handmade pasta creations and celebrating the flavours of Turkish cuisine.
