Goal of the Activity
The goal is to teach International students how to make pasta
Description
The students were divided into 4 groups, 2 took part in the activity in the morning and two in the evening.
We did these things:
- Walking tour of Frascati
- Wine tasting with aperitif and visit to the underground Cantina
- Private Professional lesson on how to make fresh pasta
- Cooking show
- Eating pasta all together
