Goal of the Activity
The goal of the Pasta Making event was to offer participants an immersive experience in Italian culture through hands-on pasta preparation, guided by an expert professional known as "mamma pastaia.
Description
Participants were led through the practical process of creating different types of pasta, from the initial dough preparation to the final shaping, ensuring a hands-on and enjoyable experience. At the conclusion, each participant received a bag containing their handmade pasta and a unique apron.
