Goal of the Activity
The goal of the activity was to attend a guided tour of a dairy factory where Parmigiano Reggiano is produced, a ham factory where Prosciutto di Parma is produced, and a Castle near Parma.
Description
First, we contacted the dairy factory and the ham factory to arrange the tours which had to be on the same day. Then we also wrote an email to the office responsible for guided tours in the Castle of Torrechiara to arrange a tour there too. We rented a bus for the day, so that transportation from one place to the other was easier. We opened the registrations on Jupiter and we communicated the official numbers to the factories and to the office in Torrechiara.
