Objective / Goal of the activity
We wanted to make students work together in a quick an efficient way, which breaks down barriers, such as shyness and awkwardness that would happen in a normal set-up. This would help them organize as a team, practice leadership, or practice following "orders".
Description
We would go to the paintball facility in Mechelen, separate into three groups, and play against each other to crown the final winner team.
Result of the activity
It was a success, with a lot of students joining, both International and Belgian. It created a bond between each team due to the difficulties they had to overcome during the activity and everyone had a lot of fun.
