Looking for indoor activities to do while staying safe at home? YOGA is the answer!

We've prepared for you this great alternative, in order to keep a positive mind and body in these hard times.

Put on your favourite stay-in clothes (or your pyjamas), find the perfect spot from your house and free yourself from all the negative vibes! Join our volunteers in this 30 minutes session that will be live-streamed from their living room and get ready to relax together!
