Description

Date: Thursday, 30th of May Time: 6:30pm
Location: Spazio Praxis https://g.co/kgs/UuENq6

We met at Headquarters with the Erasmus students who had filled out the form.
The international students were divided into pairs to facilitate interaction with each other and the sharing of ingredients and cooking utensils.
Our chef Vincenzo showed the recipe steps step by step. In the process, he narrated and explained the origin of this recipe and the various variations that can be found in Italy.
At the end of the preparation, the students were able to take their recipe home.
