The goal of the activity was to make our Erasmus participate to one of the most famous festival of Parma surroindings, November Porc.
It’s a very interesting event taking place in Roccabianca, with more than 90.000 visitors coming from all over Italy.
During this event we will have the opportunity to watch music performances and street artists taking part in the ‘November Circus’ , but that’s not all! Street food, local specialties and a market of typical products will not be missing .
We started the day with a visit at Antica Corte Pallavicina, an incredibly suggestive place, and then we went to Roccabianca, where we admired this fascinating village in the province of Parma called after its romantic castle.
We visited the interiors of the castle: from its rooms with wonderful frescos to the old distillery and vinegar cellar.
Finally we joined the November Porc, the incredible festival dedicated to pork in all its forms: prosciutto crudo, Felino salami, coppa, culatello and many other delicacies.
