Goal of the activity
Goal of the online meeting was to make isolated international students feel like among real friends. We decided, that the best way to do that is to share our time while watching culturally impactful Oscar-winning movie. The movie itself was selected on the course of participants voting. Apart from watching, participants had an opportunity for a real-time discussion about their views on the movie.
Learning Objective for the participants
Getting acquainted with a movie regularly described as cult-classic - Pulp Fiction by Quentin Tarantino. Conversations about movie and exchange of experiences in English.
Result of the activity
Spending quality time together with people interested in the same medium (i.e. film). Encouragement for participants to look through the offer of director's other movies.
