Goal of the Activity
Give a theme party where Erasmus students can characterize themselves and meet new people in a fun environment.
Description
We organized and bought the decoration needed for the bar, within the assigned budget; we bought balloons, colorful letters and white and golden curtains for the entrance of the bar. The same day of the event, during the morning, the bar was open so we were able to decorate, buying whatever was missing on that same day. The volunteers that were not on the door were inside the bar preparing everything that was necessary, being attentive to anything that could be wrong or missing.There were also volunteers who were in charge of painting the students' faces with neon paint.
