It was mainly aimed at introducing Erasmus to the origins of the Polish state, and also why we are celebrating the Independence Day in our institutions - the historical context. In addition, the control of knowledge about traditional quality management and the way of the day was achieved. The last safeguard was integration during the cutting of St. Martin's croissants.

Poland’s Independence Day (Narodowe Święto Niepodległości) is celebrated on the 11th of November. This day commemorates the anniversary of when Poland regained its sovereignty from the German, Austro-Hungarian and Russian Empires in 1918.
What is more, after the presentation about history, there will be a Polish class.You will learn useful phrases, words, and general tips on different topics under the eye of a native speaker, all in a friendly and easy-going atmosphere.
After the event we will go for traditionals sweetie - St. Martin's croissant (Polish: Rogal świętomarciński), is a croissant with white poppy-seed filling traditionally prepared in Poznań and some parts of Greater Poland region on the occasion of St. Martin's Day (11 November).
