Goal of the Activity

This event supports ESN’s causes of Health & Well-being, Social Inclusion, and Volunteering by combining mental and physical wellness with community support. Through yoga, students enhance their well-being, while their donations provide direct aid to those in need. The event fosters a sense of social responsibility, mindfulness, and solidarity, encouraging students to contribute to the local and global community while taking care of themselves. By integrating fitness with philanthropy, this event inspires both personal growth and collective impact.

Description

ESN Vilnius University invites students to start their week with purpose at Namaste for a Cause—a special yoga session that combines relaxation with giving back. This event offers participants a chance to stretch, unwind, and contribute to meaningful causes while embracing a moment of mindfulness.

During the session, participants:
🧘 Engage in a guided yoga practice to relax and recharge
🎁 Donate essential items (bed sheets, towels, blankets, or educational games) to help Lithuanian locals in need through Caritas
💸 Support Ukraine by donating €5 to the RADAROM fund via a simple call to 1890

Beyond personal well-being, this event creates an opportunity for students to make a tangible difference in the community. By coming together for a shared cause, participants spread positive energy, compassion, and solidarity, making their Monday both fulfilling and meaningful.

As spots are limited, early registration is encouraged to ensure participation in this uplifting and socially impactful experience.
