Through a targeted and time-distributed workshop programme, we aimed to increase the average training of our section's volunteers fostering know-how and the exchange of best practices.
But also teach them some practical skills that could be useful to them both during their time in ESN and during their professional career.
For this reason, the workshops and activities covered both topics related to the section and the world of ESN and some more practical topics such as writing a CV and a motivational letter, communication and graphics tools and G-Suite
The workshops were held on fixed dates during March, April and May. Some during or before assemblies and others immediately after office hours. The speakers were some more experienced board members depending on the specific topic.
For a total of 8 workshops, the specific programme is given below:
