Description

If you already feel overwhelmed by all the events that have happened since your arrival in Porto and if you feel like you need some time to stop and relax, then the Mental Pottery Workshop is for you!

Artistic, craft and manual activities require presence – which means that they need the attention of the doer, which makes it possible to increase concentration and focus. Consequence? It is possible to reduce stress and anxiety, so common in our daily lives.

So, join us in this afternoon where you will have the possibility to occupy your mind with pottery and clay modeling, while freeing your mind from any worries, in addition to participate in a workshop on one of the fundamental and inseparable aspects of health - mental health.
