The objective of MEETgration: Summer Aperitif and International Picnic is to strengthen social cohesion, raise awareness about political migration and improve the lives of political migrants in general and in particular in academic environments.
The event took place in the biggest public park of Naples (Capodimonte Park). All the activities were made on the field. At the beginning we made an ice-break game, in order to put the participants at ease. During the game each person had to tell everyone 3 things about himself, 2 true and 1 false; the others had to guess which of the three facts was false. We, the organizers, took part in the game as well. After this ice-break, the participants had the opportunity to speak to each other and talk about their countries.
We put music in the background during the event.
The last activity was a small tour of the park, we took a walk and then we finished the tour at a panoramic point.
