Culture learning, both local (while cooking one of the best known dishes in the Spanish cuisine) and international (chefs backgrounds).
Description
Taking place in a local market, students together with immigrants and refugees involved themselves in a competition to cook the best "paella". Both groups had the opportunity to have some inter-cultural dialogues while cooking, tasting, discovering and, above all, having fun.
