Goal of the Activity
Showing what's behind the preparation of our beloved pizza, with a lesson from a professional chef and a mix of fun, entertainment and music
Description
A collaboration with Università dei Sapori to understand how to make a pizza dough, how to roll it out and finally cook it in the oven like a real chef. We mixed this educational opportunity with an actual show where we game everyone a certificate to remember this event, a custom apron and the judgers - professionals and not - declared who did the best or more creative pizza, assigning them different prizes.
