Goal of the Activity

Aim of the activity was to Get the international students in touch with the making of an Iconic dish of the Italian Culture: Pizza. Other than that, let the participants learn and see from a close distance the process of both Pizza stretching and Pizza Cooking. 

Description

During the event interantional students got the chance to see and learn how to make a Pizza. This was possible because The Pizzaiolo showed them the Steps of stretching and making process. Once the more theoretical part came to an end, international got to the practical part. They started streching the dough with the Pizzaiolo support one at a time, and as soon as the first part endend, they started topping their dough with indredients of theur likings. 

At the end of the process, once the Pizza was cooked, The time to eat that along with a drink of their liking has come for the interantional students. They eat It all together, sharing a slice of their result with the other diners
