The main goal of the activity was to share knowledge and exchange skills within our local members. Furthermore, the event aimed at connecting the newest ESN Torino members with volunteers who have been in the association for longer time, thanks to the many team building activities including cooking and setting up the common space for two days in a mountain hut.
The event was one entire weekend long and included team-building activities, workshops on motivation, event managing, partnerships and communication and interactive activities on how to be part of a local ESN board and how to be a local board supporter. We were 50 volunteers, we reached a mountain hut we reserved for the whole weekend with private bus. We brought our own food and all the materials we needed for the workshops. We cooked together two lunches, one breakfast and one dinner.
