Goal of the Activity
The goal of this activity was to make new volunteers learn and understand the basics of ESN, get to know each other and have fun. We also invited our Seco ESN Lugano to exchange best practices and know our Seco better.
Description
We met at late morning to start the sessions in a dedicated space booked for the occasion in the center of Milan. We did different workshops to teach the new volunteers about ESN thanks to internal and external trainers. We divide the agenda between informative sessions, discussion sessions and teambuilding.
