Goal of the Activity
The goal of the local school is to train the new volunteers about the principles and the activities of the local association, also thanks to external trainers.
Description
We organized the local school in our office; in this first part we focused on the acronyms of ESN, on events' organization and accidents' management. Regarding the acronyms we did a frontal presentation to our newbies, while for the events' organization we divided the volunteers in small groups and asked each group to plan a different event. After it we pretended there was an unforseen event for each group. After some minutes every group explained how they planned the event and managed the unexpected part.
