The main goal of our Local Platform was to empower and equip participants with the essential knowledge and skills necessary for effective involvement within the organisation. Through a series of workshops focused on ESN structure, event organization etc., and the development of soft skills, participants gain a comprehensive understanding of the network's framework. Also, one of our main goals was to achieve the bonding between our volunteers, especially because it took place one month after our recruitment, so there were a lot new volunteers who participated.
A local training event, organised by us for us, in order to empower our volunteers to excel in their roles and contribute to creating unforgettable experiences for international students.
