Goal of the Activity
Together, we’ll explore the five pillars of well-being and discover practical ways to make your happiness more permanent (and PERMAnent) in everyday life
Description
What does it really mean to be happy? Is it just a fleeting feeling or something we build, nurture, and sustain?
Join us for an engaging workshop that dives into the PERMA model of happiness, a science-based framework developed by positive psychology pioneer Martin Seligman. Led by Ula Auchynnikava, M.A. in Psychology (SWPS University, Warsaw) and postgraduate student in Positive Psychology (University of Warsaw), this interactive session will leave you inspired, recharged, and ready to bring more meaning and joy into your days.
