Partnering up with the LGBTQ+ association in Estonia for another event for the LGBTQ+ community. This time centered around a dinner table and a guest chef from England.
We got in contact with Estonian LGBT Association and took part in one of their regular events: “World Cuisine”. The head chef for the evening was Jordan, a guest from England. The idea was to have a taste of the traditional cuisine in England as well as hearing about LGBTQ+ life in the country. One fun aim was to destroy the stereotype that English cuisine is only only beans on toast! 😂
After having a taste of the food everyone would get a chance to share about the situation of LGBTQ+ community in their own countries.
The event was attended by about 25 people. Some of them locals, some students and some international guests. Overall it was a really well organised event that succeeded in creating a wonderful environment for its participants.
