The goal of the activity is to give the participants the opportunity to learn about the basic concepts of sign language and to raise awareness on how the sign language is a big part of the deaf's cultural background.
On the occasion of the Social Inclusion Days and the World Disability Day on the 3d of December we would like to invite you to our introductory workshop on the basic concepts of sign language. This event is prepared in order to raise awareness on how the sign language is a big part of the deaf's cultural background.
💁 The Hellenic Sign Language Center (KELNO) offers sign language courses of all levels, proficiency preparation and interpretation, and there are short-term courses for acquaintance with Sign Language for both young and old.
KELNO is the only privately owned Certified Signatory School in Western Greece, from which anyone can take the Hellenic Federation of Deaf Examination and certification is a qualification for those who want to work in special schools.

The participants had a lot of fun and communicated in a different way by learning some basic knowledge of deaf's language.
